The Function:
1) When the ship-shore ESD is triggered, all cargo transfer pumps will stop; the ESD signal will be sent from ship to shore
2) When the shore box high lever alarm is triggered, the ship cargo transfer pump will stop; the ESD signal is sent from shore to ship
